While we believe that there is nothing as effective as face-to-face sessions with a highly qualified psychologist in a calm and friendly setting, sometimes you may need help ‘right here, right now’. Suicide Call Back Service – 1300 659 467 (available to those who are suicidal; those who have a loved one at risk to suicide, and those who are grieving or have been impacted by suicide.

Women’s Domestic Violence Helpline – 1800 737 732; 9223 1188 (also provide access to refuge options)

Men’s Domestic Violence Helpline – 1800 000 599; 9223 1199 (also provide access to men’s accommodation)
