I am an AFL enthusiast who enjoys competitive team sports. As a major part of success, team sports require leadership, team work and physical and emotional fitness. Similarly in my role as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I endeavour to bring this ‘team’ construct into the therapeutic relationship with my clients. This creates a team atmosphere conducive to emotional and psychological healing and well-being.
I have enjoyed a diverse career background in banking and business. I provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, adolescents, couples and families in the following areas:

Research consistently identifies the therapeutic relationship as the most reliable factor conducive for psychological/emotional healing. In this way I endeavour to create a warm equilateral environment that is respectful and accepting.

In my spare time, I just love engaging with colourful jigsaw puzzles…so much so that I often take one on holidays with me. Like jigsaw puzzles, in my capacity as a counsellor and psychotherapist I see a similar process in my clients as I witness the jigsaw of their life come together as their self-awareness develops. This gives me great joy…
I provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, adolescents, couples and families over a range of issues. My special interests include:

I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop self-awareness into their process for understanding. This understanding can then allow healthier options to emerge for self-support and resilience.
